Laisa salam, qobla salam
Assalamualaikum ^_^
Alhamdulillah, just now Allah have give us a chance to hear some valuable talk title “Universal Brotherhoods” from dr Zakir Naik
It start with Dr Farid Naik (Dr Zakir’s sibling)
He was explained about
1. In Islam, women are not being force to work because before they were married, the responsibilities put on behalf of her father while after married,
2. Men are protector and supporter of women
“… even you dislike her, you should treat her with kindness…” (4:19)
3. The important of EDUCATION in Islam
“Seeking knowledge is obligation for every muslim” _hadits_
Via the first Allah’s letter (61:1) to our Prohet Muhammad,
“ READ”, so through reading, its proven we can gain knowledge and find the truth beside just asking others.
4. POLITICAL in Islam
“And the believers, men and women, are protecting friends one of another; they enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and they establish worship and they pay the poor-due, and they obey Allah and His messenger. As for these, Allah will have mercy on them. Lo! Allah is Mighty, Wise” (9:71)
Eg: Nusaibah (woman), go for the battle just to protect Rasulullah.
5. men and women have different degree of advantanges, but Allah made it totally equal between male and female.
Analaogy:
male and female take out an exam for paper A, then the result is:
Male got 9/10while female got 7/10. Then, for paper B, the result is
Male got 7/10 while female got 9/10. We can see different mark for different paper but finally, it will be equal mark when we add up, that is 8/10.
Then, it was continue by our hounourable Dr Zakir Naik,
He was starts with meaning of “BROTHERHOOD”
It’s not limited with:
1. blood realationship
2. region @ race @ colours
if this in your mind, it will make it not universal anymore…
lets read love letter Allah (49:13)
O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).
So, that’s the answer that Allah made us, different with others,
So that, we can recognise and “taaruf” with others
What, the other sentence promote UNIVERSAL??
“King of human” (An-Nas : 2)
Why don’t Allah use the word, “king of muslim”???
Its actually because, all of us just have 1 God (create us and the universe)
How can we have that kind of feeling and thinking?
“just find the similarities, and let go far away the differences between us”
Eg :
Hindu believe that _ everything’s GOD
Muslims believe that _ everything god’s
We can simply, put (‘s) on the 2nd word (1st sentence), so we’ll have same meaning for god.
He also, explained about “Surah Al-Ikhlas”
Analogy:
Gold can be 24 carat, 10 carat, …… and also can be fake
So, just someone that master on gold knew about that
Same with Allah, just Allah’s knew whats the mark and the most suitable result for whatever things that we have done, right??
Other than that, the last sentence on Al-Ikhlas describe that
“there is nothing, same with Allah”
What he said
“if we find something that like or powerful like Allah, that’s actually NOT”
Because we can’t estimate Allah’s power
Lastly,
Actually, Allah is belong to everyone and He’s UNIVERSAL,
And your Lord has commanded that you shall not serve (any) but Him, and goodness to your parents. If either or both of them reach old age with you, say not to them (so much as) “Ugh” nor chide them, and speak to them a generous word. (17:23)
As He have all beautiful’s name
We should agree that, our Creator is the same GOD,
So, it will UNITE all of us, in the world
If NOT,
Lets look at on what Allah say:
“Say: If your fathers and your sons and your brethren and your mates and your kinsfolk and property which you have acquired, and the slackness of trade which you fear and dwellings which you like, are dearer to you than Allah and His Messenger and striving in His way, then wait till Allah brings about His command: and Allah does not guide the transgressing people” (9:24)
