Why Muslim Woman Cover their Head and body ....?

As'salam u alikum wr wb

A Christian man asked a Muslim man why do Muslim women cover their hair and body?
The Muslim man Smiled & pulled Out 2 Sweets from his pocket. He opened the first one & kept the other one closed in its Wrapper. He threw both sweets onto the dusty floor and asked the Christian man which sweet would U pick?
The Man Replied the covered one.
The Muslim man replied that's how we treat our muslim woman ♥ ♥ :)

Praise to ALLAH ... !

Muslim women cover their heads because ALLAH (SWT) so directed in His final book, the Glorious Qur'an. The head cover is specifically mentioned in this verse:

"And tell the believing women to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts and not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women. And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed." [2:31]

This instruction from God is only one aspect of a wider context of purity of thought and action for men and women.

Islam has very strict rules against adultery and fornication, and introduces many cautious measures to ensure the prevention and avoidance of such sins. One measure is the prescription that men and women should avoid intermingling as far as possible (see Qur'an).

"O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But Allah is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of Allah or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of Allah an enormity." [33:53]

This is why men and women pray in separate areas or separate rows in the mosque. Another measure is that men and women should cover the specified areas of their bodies the sight of which arouse sexual desire in others (see Qur'an).

"O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is from the signs of Allah that perhaps they will remember." [7:26]
"[Allah praises] those who convey the messages of Allah and fear Him and do not fear anyone but Allah . And sufficient is Allah as Accountant." [33:59]

Yet another measure is that men and women should lower or turn their gaze away from looking at a person of the opposite sex (see Qur'an).

And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed." [24:31]
